I am a fine artist.  I create original detailed graphite drawings.  In order to make quality prints of my work, I must be able to capture the finest details and the most subtle differences between shades.  Since graphite is very reflective, it is difficult to scan without a washed out result.  Previously I worked with 2 of the best professional fine art printers in Singapore with disappointing results.  Then I tried professional photographers with more bad results. Then I met Jerry and Jason at Scanografie.  Not only are these gentlemen friendly and helpful but their Large Cruse scanner is a world class piece of equipment.  As it scans, several high quality lenses and lights pass just millimeters above each original drawing.  I’m amazed at the perfectly consistent, homogeneous light and the amount of detail captured by the scanner.  Post scan, only minimal color tweaking is required to match my original art.
